- 20 fixed questions across 3 agreed, accessible AI search products; one round, up to 60 observations.
- Question CSV, execution conditions and dates, complete answers and visible citation URLs. Errors and unavailable products are reported separately.
- Observation of 3 relevant competitors and inspection of up to 10 website pages.
- A prioritized issue report, 2 consolidated report revision rounds and one 45-minute review.
What is not included?
The one-off audit does not include writing new English content, website edits, publishing, ongoing retesting, advertising or paid media. Implementation requires a separate scope. Previously completed work that is actually reused is itemized to avoid duplicate billing.
From diagnosis to implementation
Where separately commissioned, FK Reach can organize approved product facts into English procurement content and implement agreed changes on an existing website. Website maintenance and one-off repair are separate services with defined limits. Client approval, backup and live verification precede completion of an implementation task.
How results are measured
Unbranded supplier discovery is measured separately from questions that already name the business. Brand mentions, supported citations, factual accuracy, identifiable visits and qualified enquiries are different observations. A citation is checked against the statement it appears to support. A single appearance is not evidence of sustained growth.
Commercial boundaries
The audit is CNY 3,980, paid in full before work begins. Confirm the scope, available products, start conditions, schedule, contracting entity and invoicing before payment. We do not guarantee indexing, AI mentions, rankings, citations, leads or sales. Agreed work and correction obligations remain applicable.
